When in doubt paint it and paint it white. That has always been a way to make a quick fix but white is not a solution that I would automatically turn to.
This space might be enough to change my mind as the white on white boutique manages to be modern, industrial, sleek, rustic and worldly all at once. Besides being a totally swank storefront with amazing sales on shoes, the interiors are calm and relaxing while providing a neutral backdrop for the clothes.
This particular space uses raw touches to give it a unique touch. Wood is the primary element, note the shelving, branches used for displays and the bleached driftwood stumps that double as stools. The subtle ethnic textiles found in the pillows add a smidge of color to all that white.
The dressing rooms are what really complete the space, they are unexpected, ethereal, fun and totally functional. The custom made tents that hang from the ceiling by their iron framework, this combined with their round shape offer tons of space for trying on clothes.
