So...are balloon curtains back in style? Has there been enough time for this 80's - early 90's trend to travel the cycle of overdone and outdated to retro and revisited? Balloon curtains had a place in 3 of my childhood rooms. I remember them being pink and white striped and they always needed zjhousing (spell check is like no) when you drew them up, they were fun and whimsical for a little girl. I don't see these overtaking blackout curtains in popularity.
