Cute Pooch: Dog Wallpaper

All those Super Bowl Commercials starring our four legged friends reminded me of a few of the fun dog wallpapers out there. That black and white one is my front runner! I think any of these would be really cute in a nursery.

Periwinkle and Pattern

Proof that you don't have to do pink for a girl's room, periwinkle and babyish blue are great alternatives. These rooms all have another element in common and that is the use of a pattern, a pattern that is shapely and feminine. The painted patterned ceiling and the chandelier are pretty impressive as is the monogrammed/piped headboard!

Whalepaper

There are so many adorable and clever options for wallpaper out there these days but this particular print with the whales really caught my eye. It is kind of mod, graphic and playful and it would be fantastic for a kids room or a bathroom.

The Little Whales variation comes to us from PottokPrints. Pottok wallpapers are hand silk-screened locally in Los Angeles. They use recyclable paper and water-based inks, which mean no varsols are used in any part of the printing process. Papers are not treated with chemical waterproofing of any kind resulting in a healthier more environmental product that is both beautiful and durable.

Geoff McFetridge is the artist behind these wonderful whales.

The paper is available in three different colorways. This white with the light blue, a white with navy and cream with grey.

I'll fly away

Bird wallpaper on the ceiling- gets a sign of approval from this camp. Adds interest and pulls the whole room together. Love how the birds are modern and playful at the same time, a great fit for a nursery. This wallpaper by Julia Rothman comes in a couple different colorways.
